National Debt Helpline staff training

This training is for staff on the National Debt Helpline.
Come together with NDH staff from all around the country. This year No to Violence will provide training in working with men who use family violence.

Small Business Industry Forum

It’s a tough time to be running a small business. Small businesses have dealt with the pandemic, bushfires, floods, and cyclones. Some have come through unscathed, but others are just hanging on. Chances are, if a person can’t pay their small business debt, they also can’t pay their personal debt.
How can the community sector, industry, and government work together to deliver the best service to people who run small businesses? Let’s come together and see what’s possible.
This session is for industry and government involved in assisting people who run small businesses. Together we will identify common issues and develop practical solutions.

FCA Representative Council

The FCA representative council includes two members from each state and territory member association. This group oversees issues affecting the financial counselling profession, for example, by setting national standards and works collaboratively on joint policy and campaign initiatives.

Agency Managers Forum

You will learn new skills, stay up to date and get a chance to shape how the financial counselling sector evolves.
