The conference venue is the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the esplanade. We're also using the Darwin Entertainment Centre on Mitchell St, which is connected to the our conference hotel.

There are two Doubletree Hotels side by side, and we're using both. The ATSI Forum is at the Novotel, 300 m away on the Esplanade and it has a few apartments and is also a lovely place to stay. Mantra is the next hotel along.

Book through our conference booking agents, Ozaccom as we have locked in great rates.

You can book online by clicking on this link to our Ozaccom booking portal. It's very easy.

Or call Ozaccom if you have special requests, or just like talking to a real person, call Reina on +61 (0)7 3854 1611 and say "FCA conference booking."

Staying longer or coming earlier

Let's face it, getting a ticket to the NT is pretty cool. So why not stay a bit longer and dip a toe into Kakadu, all that Darwin has to offer, or even just spend a few hours at the hotel's beautiful pool or in the nearby harbour pool (croc free). They are all easy options and we've put a guide on the website to make it easy for you. We did a test run, and it was great!

The hotels should offer the same special conference price to you if you come early, or stay longer.

See also our 'Stay longer' page.

Staying in Kakadu

If you're on one of our immersion programs, we've done the bookings.

If you're going solo ... more info coming. Watch this space.

ATSI Forum funding

If you are applying for an ATSI scholarship, you need to book at the H-Mitchell hotel. Follow Lynda's booking instructions. We will only reimburse based on the group rate.

This H-Mitchell hotel is on Mitchell St, and the conference venue has two entrances - on the Esplanade and also on Mitchell St. I.e. it is next door.

Why did we do this? We got a good deal and this means we can help with some extra night's accomodation.

Note, the AIST Indigenous Super Summit is on the Friday, ie the day after the conference and finishes at 3.30 pm.
